Monex Europe Markets S.V., S.A.U. is an authorised investment firm regulated by the CNMV (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores) in Spain.

Regulatory Status

Monex Europe Markets S.V., S.A.U. ("MEMSV") is a company registered in Spain (Company Registration Number A16789208) and is authorised and regulated by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores ("CNMV") as an Authorised Investment Firm (Firm Licence Number 321).

MEMSV is permitted to execute FX Derivatives over-the-counter ("OTC") on a matched principal, execution-only basis with Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties. Services provided by MEMSV are regulated financial instruments for Professional Clients only. Foreign exchange transactions can place your capital at significant risk, and further margin payments may be required to maintain positions.

Scope of Products

MEMSV offers FX Forward contracts, FX Options, Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs) and structured FX derivative products. These contracts are subject to MiFID II and EMIR, as transposed into Spanish law by Royal Decree 4/2015 of 23 October on the Securities Market.

Client Money & Safeguarding

As a regulated investment firm, MEMSV holds client funds in segregated accounts with top-tier EU credit institutions. Client funds are held separately from MEMSV's own operational funds in accordance with applicable Spanish and EU regulation.
